Lamèque – 2020
Mrs. Shelley Robichaud, Regional Director for Primary Health Care and representative of the Lamèque Hospital and Community Health Center, received the 2020 Campaign contribution on behalf of Vitalité Health Network from Mr. Yoland Chiasson, Chairman of the Board of Directors of La Fondation de l’Hôpital de Lamèque Inc. The Lamèque Hospital Foundation Inc. sincerely thanks all donors to the 2020 annual campaign. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, we were able to reach our goal of $52,750. The money raised is intended to purchase specialized medical devices for various sectors of our facility and to improve the comfort of patients and their loved ones.

Tim Hortons donates amount received during its Smiles campaign
Lamèque – 2018
The Fondation de l’Hôpital de Lamèque Inc. wishes to recognize Tim Hortons and the staff of Tim Hortons in Shippagan for their dedication to the 2018 Smile Cookies campaign.
The funds raised have allowed for the addition of a geriatric chair in medicine. The position of this chair can be adjusted (inclination) at different times of the day in order to maximize patient comfort and minimize the risk of decubitus ulcers and pressure ulcers.
